1. Project background

As a supplier to numerous international brands, Xinxingxin Textile Technology (Longyan) Co., Ltd. adheres to the concept of “Green as the Foundation”. It was once the only Chinese enterprise in the global textile and garment industry rated as an environmental protection star by OEKO-TEX.

Xinxingxin Textile is deeply aware of its responsibilities in the value chain. In order to achieve the sustainable development goals of carbon reduction, pollution reduction, green expansion and growth, it adopts V3.0 technology to meet the requirements of customers，and continuously leads the development of the industry.

Assist customers in achieving an effective carbon reduction of 56% by 2026 through the V3.0 process technology.

2.Project Objectives

It will be carried out in three phases. The water consumption will be optimized from 157 liters of water per kilogram of cloth in the current process to 61 liters of water per kilogram of cloth.

A.V3.0 process test:The degreasing rate is 10~30% higher than that of the traditional process

C.V3.0 process project acceptance

• Traditional process water: 24.75 tons of water/ton cloth
• V3.0 process water: 0.907 tons/ton cloth
• V3.0 process water saving 23.84 tons/ton cloth
